Biography

Prior to working at Sotheby's International Realty, Ryan founded Kimball Realty where he hired, managed and trained a successful group of agents as Principal Broker. Ryan has also worked at Coldwell Banker on the Investment Services Group (ISG) where he gained experience in acquisition, disposition, 1031 exchanges, short sales (pre-foreclosures), small and large apartments and buying bank owned and HUD homes.

During his time at the University of Utah, he doubled majored in Economics and Spanish. Ryan has lived abroad for more than 2 years in Spain and Chile. Ryan specializes in investment real estate, development, real estate analysis, acquisition, disposition and leasing.
